Returns & Exchanges

Under Bahraini law, customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds or exchanges.

Note:

1. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Sale or promotional items may be non-refundable unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection laws.
