1. General Overview

These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Company Details

Dear Bed Trading is a legally registered company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

All commercial transactions and obligations follow the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law and Consumer Protection Law under the Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MOIC).

 

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.

 Due to the handmade nature of our products and variations in screen settings, slight color or sizing differences may occur.

All product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.


4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include VAT where applicable, as per Bahrain’s National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) guidelines.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


5. Payments

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, or wallets. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers using encryption protocols.

We do not store your payment information.


6. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.

In the event of any delay or issue, you will be notified via email or phone.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Under Bahraini law, customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To request a return:

Please contact us with your order number and reason. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds or exchanges.

Note:

  1. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  3. Sale or promotional items may be non-refundable unless defective.


8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection laws.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including logos, product designs, images, illustrations, and written copy is the intellectual property of Dear Bed Trading. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected solely for processing orders and improving customer service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for shipping and payment providers necessary to fulfill your order. Our practices align with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
